2 most recent and consecuitve pay stubs for all jobs

Last two years w2's for all jobs

Copy of your Homeowners insurance or insurance binder for a purchase

Copy of your mortgage statements for any outstanding mortgages

2 Months most recent bank statements for all asset accounts with all pages

Additional documents can and will be needed prior to closing.
