Greater Southern Dutchess Chamber of Commerce Hudson Valley’s Top Forty Under 40 The Shaker Awards The Hudson Valley’s very own Academy Awards The Greater Southern Dutchess Chamber of Commerce proudly presents its third annual Forty Under 40 program with the goal of recognizing 40 people under the age of 40 who are committed to shaping our region and making it a better place for everyone. Well over 100 nominations were received from across the Hudson Valley. Winners were selected by a diverse committee which included a certain number of award winners from last year’s first Forty Under 40 awards program.
