Shadowood Mortgage Corp. was founded by Jessica Schoen in November of 2002. Jessica Schoen is the sole owner of Shadowood Mortgage Corp., and is a certified mortgage broker with over 14 years mortgage experience. Jessica graduated from SUNY Oneonta with a Bachelors Degree in Business Economics and Communications. Jessica is a Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist (CRMS), she earned this recognition from the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.

After graduation, Jessica was employed with Personal Mortgage Corporation (PMC) for 5 years. While there, Jessica worked as an originator, processor, underwriter, and closer. There by becoming a expert at the whole process of a mortgage from start to finish! After PMC, she then went to work for A.B.M. Mortgage. She worked as a consultant for a NYS mortgage broker for 4 years. She then applied and received her own broker certification. With Jessica's knowledge she has lead the company to grow a comfortable staff of experienced Loan Officers with over 50 years of combined experience to address your every need that you may have!

At Shadowood Mortgage Corp., our clients receive personal attention from start to finish of the mortgage process. As a broker, we counsel clients on the best programs for them to meet their needs. We pre-qualify them, and place them with lenders that best fit their needs. The application is then processed by our staff and sent to one of our lenders for final approval, and then ultimately to closing.
